Bio: Flocktail was always fascinated by magic. ...Well, Magic and birds. Flocktail spent a lot of time in magic school, learning to use spells. On her free time, she normally goes outside to look at the bird life in the forest. Ironic how some birds became sapient in Grah and Gina's world. But only one type of magic interested her: Bird summoning. She studied hard until eventually she could summon large amounts of birds from her tail. She would generally use her magic to have her friends fetch objects atop a roof or to annoy bullies and such. But her magic went to waste, overall. Like most pre-members of the Elemental Force, she just plain wanted more.

She eventually became a member of the Elemental Force's Wind House, and the first female member of the Elemental Force. Both Gear Head and Battery have a crush on her, but she in particular likes Bobsled. Her name Deka Rabya is derived from the demon Decarabia, a star-shaped demon with control over birds, which explains the stars on her chest and forehead.
Abilities:
A: Avian Army: Avian Army displays her control over birds. She can control her birds to attack her opponents. She can send birds to attack one at a time at multiple enemies, or have them swarm all over a single enemy. She can also command birds to surround her, which can help her fight crowds. Lastly, she can also order two of her birds to follow her and attack incoming enemies at random, but her other moves become slightly less potent, and it removes two birds from her count. She can use 10 birds at a time.
B: Feathered Friends: Feathered Friends displays her compassion for birds and the friendship she has with them. Like in Avian Army, she can send up to ten birds to fight random opponents. Instead of cloaking her in birds, she can call upon her feathered friends to protect her by having them thrust bravely forward. She can even call her birds to lift her up, allowing her to fly over traps. But she can use less birds. Finally, she can call upon a bird to fetch her nourishment during battle, after 10 seconds, a bird will bring her food and give her health.
