Lizard Lips was a lesser known vigilante before the Elemental Force. He didn't have many noticeable missions, and mostly became famous among locals of where these crimes happened. His deeds didn't spread fast either. Wanting more from his actions, he searched for a way to make himself better known. Eventually he found the elemental force, and became a member.
Besides being a poisonous lizard, Lizard Lips has an ambidextrous third hand on his tongue. He can get creative in many different ways with his tongue, including the ability to do a high hand-stand and rain poison from his mouth onto his foes. He started out as a normal member of the Poison house, but eventually proved to be more mature than the original captain of the Poison house, Gas Giant, and got promoted. He can keep a calm head in battle, but when it comes to dealing with idiots (like Gas Giant) he loses his cool easily.
Abilities:
A: Ravenous Reptile: Ravenous Reptile examples his poisonous spit. Lizard Lips can shoot globs of poison at his foes in straight paths and in arcs. Arcing shots leave puddles that damage opponents. He can even shoot out his tongue forward with a strong punch. He can deal big damage far away, but is bad up close. He can escape by using a slime slide move where slides along his slime as he spits it out.
B: Lashing Lizard: Lashing Lizard examples his mighty tongue. He can lash it about in many ways including long distance lashes, spiraling close lashes, and even the ability to do a tongue stand. When standing on his tongue, he rains poison from his mouth below. Besides that, he can suppress his poison spit in a wave, which is better in crowds than regular spit, and deals more damage, but has less range.
