This is a pic from the 2013 Do.Walk event where me and Shiroi took the 3.1 mile walk around Lake Phalen, it was fun and some of the looks and comments were just funny. :)

Well I know next time to not donate blood 2 days before the next one, I was not in top form for doing that this year and ended up having to sit down once near the end of the walk, never removed my head though until I got back ot the headless lounge tent we had on site, then i had more gatorade and rested a little bit, the breeze off the lake was wonderful. :)
