More Athene work. She might just my most favorite character of the moment--she's such a sweetie.

Athene gets most of her nourishment (i.e. nomnoms) through the creativity of "mortal"* ingenuity and creativity. There really is no more powerful force of then then in dreams. Ever wake up after a dream and suddenly can't remember what happened? Chances are, Athene stopped by and you had something tasty that she wanted.

And you can't be going into dreams looking a basic bitch, you know?

So, when she infiltrate dreams she goes all out in the "fantastical" department. Currently, she's got a real penchant for space.
