Bio: Ever since the Justice Fighter's destroyed his own mighty empire & sent to Rockland State Penitentiary he had his mind set on revenge when he get's out of jail. with the help of his Half brother Draco Radule, a Romanian guns dealer wanted by Interpol for the murder of an Interpol agent. As he finally escaped, he joined forces with Draco & his old & new recruits to for a new Cutthroat Society & this time. No one can stop them, not even Det. Veronica & her Justice Fighters friends.

Dislikes: Guns (Yet he sells them.) & His Step-Father Taylor (For sending him to an Asylum when he was young & the cause of his mothers suicide).

Bio: Draco was born in a small house somewhere in Bucharest, Romania. He never knew anything about his father. Except that he died in prison, It was just him & his mother Sebilla. He did had a happy life, that was when he met his future Step Brother Leo & His Step-Father Taylor.
Draco & his mother then moved to a suburban area located in Neo-City, as a child he felt happy with his new life here in the United States, also the joy of having a brother.
But then one fateful day happen, when him & Leo were being bullied by a group of kids, it drove Draco into anger as he used his newly found telekinesis on one of the bullies, causing the bully to be severely injured & rushed to the hospital.
Draco was shocked at his newly found telekinesis powers. When his parent's found out about it, they were shocked & had to do something. They had no choice but to take Draco to an asylum to help him.
He spent almost a few years in an asylum as the doctors were testing Draco & trying to discover his telekinesis & figuring out what causes his powers to come out.
But then, disaster struck. He just heard the news of his mother committing suicide last night. It broke him completely & felt nothing but anger after that he knew he won't be able to go to her funeral since the doctors are studying him like a guinea pig. His anger exploded after than news about his mothers death, & blames his Step-Father Taylor Maximillion for causing this to happen.
Soon he was released after the testing was over, he then went back to Romania & begin his new life as a guns dealer & future terrorist for Interpol & The Justice Fighters.
