Precise Painterly Commission for 
Maundrill and 
Bree_ducky
This was the last of my PWYW commissions from a month or so ago, where both Maundrill and Bree asked to get a pic of both of their characters in "the highest quality I offer." I was more than happy to oblige, and not only that but they gave me full artistic freedom! :O Best day EVER!
Since I'm a gamer myself and I knew that they both liked gaming as well, it seemed appropriate to draw the two of them in a common gaming scene... one losing and one winning of course. XD I also took this opportunity to really up my detail level for scaled critters. I eventually want to make it obvious what the difference between a quick, moderate, and precise painterly are, and well defined feather, fur, and scale detail should be one of the biggest indicators. Fully rendered scales and feathers take a LONG time to do, and as a result are only really possible with precise painterlies.
Anyway, I'm really proud of this one guys! It took a lot of work but thankfully everything came together. :) Thanks again to everyone who helped with my PWYW commissions! It allowed me to get a pretty awesome scanner as a result, and make some cool art to boot. ^.^
