Any particular reason you added such distortion to the background?
And now for the hard part, Its a picture of a stop sign. what is so special about this picture

B. That's the nature of cross processing. You never know what you'll get out of it.
C. Nothing special about it from the photographer's point of view. Only from the viewer's.
