I hope so, why cant people just make their own characters or if the admire one talk to the original artist creator etc and ask if they would do a commission to help design a character of similar taste flavor content you know what I mean XD

Both are fine. I don't post much information on my characters publicly however, until I can officially announce my company and crap and can get all that blanket copyrighted under it. But small instances here and there, or private notes are fine. ♥
