Well, I would not mind bee-girl too much. As long as she doesn't come after me with her stinger.
Parasitic insects, on the other hand, see the hostile side of me and my plasma thrower.
Plasma. Good for cutting metal when focused into a spot. Also good for anti-personnel attack and pest control when the focusing head is removed.
Do not use them in inflammable structures.
Also, yeah. Leeches suck. They are relatively difficult to remove without either leaving teeth in you, or getting regurgitated blood introduced into your cardiovascular system. Salt causes them to cringe, I believe. And do not do the Metal Gear Solid 3 thing and stick a cigar into them. It will get them off, but they'd probably regurgitate.
Some morons rip the buggers off. The teeth are surgical tool sharp, so they'd continue to cut you up until you remove them.
Mosquitoes are simply annoying, unless you happen to live near the equator. In which case, they are also dangerous. Malaria is influenza's ugly sister, and hits you hard enough to incapacitate you completely. Some forms of malaria can destroy your brain and kill you. Yellow fever is no joke, either. Jaundice does more than make you 'look funny'. Liver failure is deadly.
So, you can tell that I dislike most of the parasitic side of the insecta class. And why I am willing to go through such methods on destroying them if they enter my place of residence.
