Nice cell shading there. But you really should get permission from the original artist for the line work you traced. For your convenience, here's the original work (a commission I paid for, of my character, Rooth), by  AluminemSiren. Since that submission actually says specifically that the art is not free to use or alter, I'm betting permission will be difficult.

of course, I liked the pose and take the time to do by hand and digital, I hope it does not cause problems. if you do not like, Am sorry.

It's a matter of etiquette (as well as copyright, but that's a longer story). It's a fantastic pose, I was really happy with it -- AluminemSiren is awesome. :) Thus my concern when I saw someone else using it for their own gain. I saw people complimenting you on this work and other works you traced without knowing that you only did the coloring, not the lines. People need to know, otherwise it's no bueno.

Crediting the artist is better .. and if you get permission from the artist, that's *perfect*. You made a whole new look, so I know you're not just copying my character (I'd have a big problem with that, of course). But while I own the character, the artist owns the art, and if they're not happy, it's a problem.
