The design kinda speaks for itself.
Procrastination is the embodiment of putting things off until the last minute. His body is incomplete.
He has not set color because he can have any design or body but the main theme is being incomplete, because most of the time procrastinators start on something and never finish it. He himself is not complete in body shape or anatomy, being that he was never finalized.
He can even take the shape of a companion.
His counterpart is Production, and she is the completed version of whatever body/design he is in at the time.

I really like the concept of this character but if any of you have abetter feature than I, then I will let you buy him off of me for any price you see fit.
