As far as I know, the coffin - made out of wood, which is organic - will rot away after a while. Though even then, there are several meters of ground atop the rotting corpse/coffin combo, and that should be impossible to dig yourself out of by hand - worms and other creatures on the top layers thinking you're food plus one wrong move will result in the ground on top to collapse into the hole you've made.
I'd be more worried of hospitals [I think they're called crematories or something - places where the dead are opened to confirm why/how they died]...

Hahaha! The wood rotting away is a good point. If a zombie apocalypse were to happen, the graveyard zombies will expire before the wood does since I'm going by the assumption that they have a time limit or need food. I'd be more worried about morgues, swamps, and mass graves. :P
