She came out really good. Kind of looks like one who is really into casting magical spells.

From a Role Playing standpoint, her design seems perfect for an OC for a game like Dungeons and Dragons. Her clothes and pose and just overall look seem perfect for an RPG character.

Good use on simple background. It enhances the character's appearance and makes her all the more seem like someone who belongs in a role playing party. Very neat!

Well, the spells she casts are Mind-based, meaning she can manipulate the consciousness and subconsciousness of others. Only issue is that she has no natural control, which is where that ring on her horn comes in.

How interesting. So, she's more of a Psychic / Psionic type mage? I do like the idea of how the ring helps her focus. Quite an interesting aspect that can be used well for character development.

Well, she's not really a D&D character, although I'd like to imagine her having the imagination to see herself as that. Normally, she wouldn't use her magic in ways that would disturb the privacy of others, seeing as she's training to become a psychologist. In a life-threatening situation, though, she may resort to it as a last-ditch effort, considering she can read the thoughts of others and even manipulate their personalities. The ring helps her stay in control of her magic; without it, it runs wild and uncontrollable, affecting anyone or anypony within the area; a third incontinence, if you will.

Incontinence always seems a side effect to strong, magical powers. Though, no great gift does not come without a great price.

You know, in a way, I wonder if she'd ever try to manipulate herself through her magic to fix the incontinence problem. A sense of "Mind over Bladder". It could be one of her life struggles, perhaps?

I do like how you have created a very interesting OC. She reminds me of a cross between Counselor Troy on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Terra from Final Fantasy VI. I don't know if either were an inspiration, but it is what I could not help but mentally reference.

Well, she was born incontinent, and lost her control of her magic later, when she discovered her special talent and got her cutie mark. However, it is powerful, so it did come at a cost.

She could, but it'd be futile; which she understands. Her magic is temporary, and even if she did do so, it wouldn't last. Eventually, it would get to a point where it would be too weak to work.

I don't know who Counselor Troy is, but I do know Terra. However, I didn't have them as an inspiration. I just simply had an idea, and I went with it.

A most grand idea she is, too. One of the most unique OCs I've seen. The fact she gives off a believable, RPG feel is quite nice, too.

Seems you have quite a backstory for her. Is there a destiny for her? Or is that something that will come as she interacts with other ponies / through additional arts?

At this point, the future is open to anything. She could become a psychologist, or end up as Princess Twilight's Royal Adviser. There's no set path at the moment.
