I think it's easy enough to see, but these are basically two keychains that when they come together make a pokeball! They don't actually wedge together due to the nature of beads, but I think it's obvious enough if you move 'em close.
I don't have a bead count or a source on these..quite sure I found the design rather randomly. If I find 'em, I will update accordingly!
