This is one of the first android characters I've created. Her name is Dark:). Dark's body consists of both human and mechanical innards, allowing her body to function like a regular human, but with special mechanical enhancements. All of her mechanical components are fully waterproofed, so she can participate in regular day to day activities from washing dishes and clothes, cleaning, and even swimming:). Her senses of sight and hearing are vastly stronger than a regular human, and her strength and agility easily rivals, if not surpasses, those of the greatest of human athletes. She has all of the same senses and feeling as humans, including touch, sight, smell, hearing, taste, pain, emotion, and even free will.
Dark is able to eat and drink like any other person, and while her body can digest and process foods and liquids, she does not need to eat or drink in order to survive.
She does however need to regularly recharge herself. Her internal battery's power lasts 48 hours per charge, but she also has a much smaller emergency internal battery that will supply her with 30 minutes of power should her main battery run out of power. Dark can recharge a small portion of battery power while she sleeps. Usually a full night's sleep will recharge her battery by 3 hours. Her main charging method though in through a small port hidden on her headset. A special cord is needed to recharge this way, which the people she lives with have. One end is plugged into Dark's headset, and the other end is plugged into a regular power outlet. Much like a laptop charger.
Dark usually keeps on top of her battery charge, and usually hooks herself up to charge at night when she goes to sleep. However, should she run completely out of power, Dark will go into emergency sleep mode, and be unable to wake up until her battery has had at least 30 minutes to recharge. Thanks to her quick charge function, it only takes 5 hours for her battery to fully recharge. Once she's had at least 30 minutes to recharge, she can wake up and do pretty much anything she wants to pass the time while she recharges. Usually stuff like reading, watching tv, or talking with her friends that she lives with.
Dark herself is a very kind and friendly person despite her name. She was given the name Dark because of the emblem on her jumpsuit, which is a Kanji symbol for the word "Darkness". Dark loves spending time with her friends, and cares for them like family. She makes sure not to let too many people in on the fact that she's an android, but try and hurt someone she cares for, and she won't hesitate to take advantage of her increased strength and agility. Also, she doesn't usually wear her jumpsuit. She has a regular wardrobe of clothes. Her friends first found her wearing her jumpsuit.

Dark is my character. The name Dark is up for grabs, but I must still ask that you do not use her distinct likeness without first asking for and receiving my permission.
