"The Birthplace of the Gods." That's what people call the legendary island of Arcaena. Little more is known about the isle and its inhabitants, due to its lack of involvement in the outside world - but rumor has it, Arcaena is about to host the battle of the century. They're calling it the Battle Royale. Each regions' best Pokemon trainers are being cordially invited to compete in the event, in which they'll fight against one another in hopes of becoming crowned "King or Queen of the Elite." Two very different Pokemon trainers' paths are about to meet, and their journey has just begun. But what will become of the two of them? And is everything really as it seems, or... is it something much more mysterious?
