this. is the best party chow evar.

start with a meaty bolognese sauce,
split some rolls, even bagels will work! layer on the sauce,
add shredded mozz cheese, dot with quartered pepperoni slices, or meatball bits, if you want.
I sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and parmesan on my pizzas, bake near the top in a 450 oven till the cheese is brown and melty.

it's a great use of that left over pasta sauce!!

if you have enough ingredients, you can crank them out by the dozen. I set them on ungreased baking sheet. use two sheets, bake one, prep the other, and you can always keep a round in the oven, usually a set of six fits best.
