I decided to try to improve the way I do faces because I honestly hate the way I do them now. I'm not sure if I'll keep the pupils and irises, since none of my characters actually have them, but I know I need to work on them just so I can actually do eyes well when I do art for other people.
There's a lot about this that I'm not fond of, but whatever. It's still better than what I've been doing.

Eyes, hands, feet..yeah those are trouble spots for me (although since I haven't been drawing for some time it all seems to be troubling me..) Your eyes look very good, just gotta do some practices to keep them in line. I would link some references, but I ended up loosing the folder I used to use when I got my new harddrive.
