My Kirlia (currently at level 29 - soon to be a Gardevoir!) seems a bit frustrated at the fact he's basically a transvestite against his own will. And also the fact he'll be even more of a transvestite once he reaches level 30. But he figures it's worth it for the power.
And of course, with being a fairly weak-bodied Pokemon he's also quite frustrated at the fact he's not particularly athletic.

I think it's good that he was able to evolve into a Gardevoir before Gay-lade
was created. IF you think about it, Gardevoir: Will never be punched when they
run into a muscled guy on the street, instead apologized to; they will probably
get that hottest girlfriends because it's a proven fact that most girls liek
guys who embrace their feminine side; they won't randomly stab or cut their
loved ones; and plus they won't look like a Slightly Flattened Onion which has
sprouted awkwardly-shaped legs and a tree-trunk, the latter of which sprouted
awkwardly-shaped arms and a head (again, opinion).
And let's not forget the fact that if you look at Gardevoir in the games or any
official artwork, it doesn't actually look female; it look like a guy wearing a
mask and cape (though I realize that that's open to opinion). It only looks
female when people on dA or FA slap breasts and a Vagina on it.
