He came out pretty good. And yeah, I have had to tack down a few pictures to a wall before. Hope that tip helps out some.

Nah I know the theory behind documenting traditional media/do it when I can, I just snapped a photo photo at my friend's house is all. If I had it at my house, for something this small I would scan it. :) But for big pieces, yeah I do the hang-it-on-a-wall, light it properly, photograph it nine yards. (Not that I have a good camera, because alas I do not and documenting real media still sucks balls always.)

It's all good - at least your friend appreciated that you didn't put any tack holes into his/her wall to hold up the picture.
