This is otter surfer/software designer/superhero Adam "Streamline" Catabay, in his super suit.

Streamline is one of the earlier characters from my superhero universe. It was originally going to be more of a superhero satire, and most of the characters' powers were kind of lame. Streamline's was...being really, really slippery.

So I've been working on that. He was always supposed to be a computer guy, so I decided to give him digital powers instead. He can physically enter the internet (using a wi-fi device in his in his armor) and use any electronic device hooked up to the internet as a portal to re-appear from. He can also do this with just part of his body, as he's showing off here with his hand appearing out the the cell phone he's holding with his tail.
