This... Is not some of my best singing... But I REALLY wanted to post something up ^.^;; I also made a really quick thumbnail for it ^.^;;
(I do have another song, but I'll post that up after I've finished with a bit of art ^u^)
Indeed, this isa made up female cover and shortened version of Just the Girl. Not only did I shorten the song, and changed her to him (and so on) But I changed the pitch ever slightly! LOL
Sometimes I REALLY enjoy ether taking a male song and turning it into a female song, or changing the pitch to a song. Mostly because sometimes I think it sounds better, because I'm not so great with low notes XD
He's cold and he's cruel

Strange as it seems

Cause he's bittersweet
He knocks me off of my feet
And I can't help myself
I don't want anyone else
He's a mystery
He's too much for me
But I keep comin' back for more

You do have a beautiful voice, in all honesty!
By the way, I like the idea of pulling the gender reversal trick on songs too! :)
The Boswell Sisters, who I adore, did a it lot! Although, actually... they didn't xD
They sang a lot of male songs, but the funniest thing was that they did not ever change the genders in the lyrics!
I think it was very funny and cute!
Oh, and I also did the similar thing with the song "Train Wreck" from the show Ruby Gloom!
It was sung by a girl, but I managed to pull of an even higher, girlier voice on that and sing it! :D
Partly because my low-note singing wasn't very good xD
I have not uploaded it yet, because the vocals are a bit off tempo sometimes and I want to re-record them...

I sang the intro to Ruby Gloom when I was a lot younger. I... Wanna see if I can re-find the instrumental version of it and re-sing it X3
But anyway, I'm happy you enjoyed it. But I still not convinced that my singing is all it's cracked up to be ^^;;; To be honest, I haven't had a singing instructor since I was 15. That's a little while ago now.. And Even when I did had one, I sang from the wrong place. (You know what I mean) So, it's only resently, I've realized my voice can be a little better from singing properly, but, still getting used to it since it can be REALLY hard to shack off old habits XD
