I think additive build up beat is a nice way to jump into electronic beats. maybe once you build into the final beat compilation start to tear it down but not to deescalate to replace it. does that make sense?
I like your beat its not too sharp and in your face It seems to say start a slow shuffle.
and not to be cliche but everyone one i meet seems to think a build up to a beat drop is the new melody
