Honestly, the people I've met in this town fall into 3 catagories:
They either ask me for money,
spout nothing but left-wing propaganda all day, (then ask for money)
or punch me in the head. (for $28 worth of pizza)
You know, I'm the kind of person who can put up with a LOT. But this is ridiculous. Where are the NORMAL people??

Yes, you need biggar tank.
I recommend the Mk XVIII Bolo, myself. 'bout 18,000 tons of armor, secondary weapons, shields, a 1100mm plasma cannon, and enough horsepower to haul ass at over a hundred kph.
With somethin' like that, roads are just interesting patterns on the ground.

Good work, clean lines and carries the work with a minimum of clutter.
I know what you're talking about. Sometimes I think whenever more than about 10,000 people get in one place it's time to burn it all down and start over. I'd say if you want a tank for the job you need a MkXXVIII bolo. Or my favorite just start dropping things from the Outer Solar System. You get a mighty good run-up on minimal impulse when you start somewhere past Jupiter.
