Hmm, what to say about this character. He kind of popped randomly into my mind. I wanted to give him functional hands, but with the cost of his wings. He can't fly, so the wings serve him as some sort of a cape. But yeah. A witch doctor. Having an evil sacrificial seremony witch doctory moment.
