Yes. Particularly the clear part's a pouch, so there is still an air bubble in the fairly thick pile of fur between that and her actual rack.

As I remember: they don't exist. They're a single gender species with no particular predilections for foreign means of reproduction.

NC's got it right, there. Any 'Spinner that might be considered "male" has some form of birth or genetic defect.
