Big Tails and little Tails, huh?
Reminds me of Womb (retitled to Clone in the UK) starring Eva Green that I've seen today. When Eva Green's character is around 10 and visits her grampa, she meets a boy her age, and they fall so much in love they never forget each other after those weeks. After that holiday, she and her mom move to Japan where she grows up. She returns when she and the boy are in their mid-20s, but the day after they meet again and feel they're still made for each other, he dies in a car accident.
She wants him back so hard that she decides to have him cloned, with her as the boy's new mother, and her "son" must never know that secret. There's a few sexually-charged scenes bordering incest already when her "son" is around 10-11ish, the same age they "first" met and fell in love, but her wish doesn't come true until her "son" is the same age as he was when he died the first time around which is when he takes her virginity at last.
