So this is the original drawing/musings of Kohle. She's my fan-character for the DC Universe.

Kohle is the daughter of a general in the US Army, and a Scientist for the organization called Cadmus. Her mother died when Kohle was an infant, but not before starting to genetically engineer Kohle to be a super-weapon against the Justice League. When Kohle reaches 18, after all the experiments, tests, and secret missions, kept going by her father, who is an advisor to Cadmus, she escapes the facility which has been her home since birth, and ends up running into Batman and the Justice League. Batman recognizes her potential and gives her a place in the Watchtower, but because of her Cadmus connections, no one else trusts her.

Oh, and her powers...she can control electricity, but she needs an external source. She's a more like a conductor, taking electricity from external sources, thn bending it to her will. She has implants in her wrists and the back of her neck to draw power in, and a small port for momentary storage of electricity, but other than that, she is simply extremely agile and strong, having been trained as a fighter since a young age.
