Fits a 21-23 inch head.
Resin base with a static mouth.
Fishing line whiskers.
Lined with fabric, but minimally padded to reduce heat.
Everything hand sewn with a blanket stitch.
There are two vents, one in the back of the hood and the other on the side, which closes with velcro. the seam is reinforced with elastic thread so that it can stretch open to be put on and taken off, but fits snugly closed when worn.

Yes, that's correct. I'm glad you like it.
I'm currently located in Denver, CO but I try to make it to Wild Nights, Oklacon every year. You'll find me sitting in Artist Alley most of the time.
Yes, I can draw both Victorian era clothing and fancy kinetically powered gadgets with open chasis. Sometimes, they're even designed to work. As for building a steampunk costume, I can sew bespoke Victorian era clothing, make fancy looking swirly leather armor pieces out of foam and paint, and stick cogs and plastic on stuff in aesthetically pleasing configurations, but don't count on me to make a working prosthetic arm.
What can I do for you?
