Hate to say it, but this type of logic doesn't work. People can dislike furries for any number of reasons. Maybe it could the amount of yiff involved (which I think is way less than what most people expect), the fact that the fandom is often the first place they encounter Rule 34, the stereotype they have or could it be the amount of hugboxing that they do.

I wouldn't consider myself a furry despite having a fursona I use every now and then, and I don't really hate furries in general. It's usually those that think their actually an animal instead of a human being and say "I'm not human i'm -insert whatever animal here." Or refuse to roleplay with human OCS, as well as bash people for having them and force fetish roleplays on others. Pretty much the people on this site furry or not are respectful in everyway, not everyone's perfect but thankfully the furries I've meet in real life and on here are kind enough and actually understand not everyone on FA draws fetish art, porn, or animals. uwu
