I find this as a very old .psd forgotten in my archives dating back in the middle of 2011 :] I renewed it a bit, added extra things, shadows, light and here we are!
As the title say he is Taric, The Gemmed Stallion, from League of Legends.
He is just too fabulous! Taric from League of Legends with the Armor of the Fifth Age skin!
