Alright, I tried to make a more...'realistic' Toa version of  seely than my last one. While my last one was made to try and look EXACTLY like this one, thisone's more of an interpretation/adaptation. Solid blue now except for the armor and neon accents, new armor, a double-ended chain weapon, and a new shoulder armor design I'm tinkering with (You can't see it in this, but the smaller blades are removable as spare daggers =P)
