hmm... It's really important when making the head to not only watch the anatomy, but make sure everything looks right. A lot of people make the mistake of not adding enough bulk or adding too much bulk to areas. You also want to make sure that there is enough curve in certain areas, like the muzzle and cheeks, as well as a good sized eyebrow ridge. A lack of this can make the head look flat and, well, bad...
