Compaired to my newer works, this picture is actually pretty crappy. I can't tell anyone exactily how old the drawing is but likely it was drawn at work.
The elder there has lost part of his wing. How, I have no idea. They are a tribal race, but they are peaceful. Likely he lost it on a hunting trip that went wrong.
