Again, face references came from RUdragon(http://www.furaffinity.net/user/rudragon/). So body I did myself, if there is ANY feedback I'd love to read it, so I can finalize the drawing with some shading, details and fixes.

P.S. I don't know if anyone else has problem when they scan an 8x10 paper on their scanner and it crops the image but that's what's happening, if anyone knows why, please let me know.
