They are well. Maiko are like the Kyoto version of Oshaku. In Tokyo I think they are called Hangyoku. BITCH PLZ My family is too Kansai for that shiz. If you have read or watched Memoirs of a Geisha you may be familiar with the term, but please don't believe everything that a fictional book says ^^; It was rather inaccurate. (See Mineko Iwasaki)
