Eli got a little curious when Frederich left him, Susa and Zeth at dinner dressed in his armor. He excused himself and followed his husband, all the way through the mirror portal into that realm of shadows.
Now, this isn't <i>completely</i> accurate as that realm is kind of black, one black, with a hint and splash of black... but I suppose this is what it looks like if you can see through it... and ... well it's kind of hard to capture much when you're facing a pretty formless world and a portal
