WINNING BIDDER:
• receives full rights to the character design, and both a low-res (for general sharing) and hi-res version (for private use) of this image, in the form of a completed ref sheet.
• may name him, or have me decide a name for him, your choice.
• may request any changes to the existing color scheme
• may request an adult-rated version
• may request additional text added to the ref sheet, detailing any specific traits
• Please note, requests for any changes may be subject to additional cost for the time it will take to make changes, depending on how much is paid for the end bid.

BIDDING:
• Bid in at least $1 increments
• Auction ends 10pm ET on Thursday 7/11 OR 10 minutes after the last bid has been placed after that time
• Place bids in designated comment thread below
• If the highest bidder backs out, the auction will go to the next highest bidder before them.

PAYMENT
• Payment is preferred within 24 hours of the auction closing, however, for this I'm willing to give payment up to 2 weeks to be completed. May be paid in installments if necessary. Please advise upfront if you need extra time to arrange payment.
• If no payment or communication response has been received within 48 hours, the auction will then go to the next highest bidder.
• Paypal or most credit cards as processed by paypal are accepted. Please advise if you require alternate payment methods and I'll see what I can do to work with you.
