Since I'm heading to A-kon *www.A-kon.com* in a few weeks, I thought I would try to warm up a little in drawing anime stuff. I started out drawing anime style, all those years ago and now its hard to get back to doing it right. It's mainly the faces really. Well I drew an elf chick and I determend that the new elf fashion is to ware belt tops. I don't know if they used to ware there pants to their armpits and the pants fell off and they just left the belts or what, but that's how it is.

I know exactly what you mean! It's been ages since I drew a human, then just last night I had to try because my friend needs some art for an ad. Yikes! People just look weird now - like "she needs big ears, and her fur and a tail!"

Well.. human-ISH... I just sorta figured it was something relatively close. I was wondering about it even as I was writing, but ...myeh.... if it's that big of a deal I'm sure some zealot for all the proper technical elven anatomy/history/biology/etc. info will be all to happy to corect me.

Point was, even thos it's human-ish and I'm not much into human art these days, it's still a nice piece and that's the point I was trying to make. ;)
