An idea that's been in my head for some time. I wanted to draw King Candy and Sour Bill in this vintage-y, maybe Jugendstill-y style. It's not really the way I envisioned it, but it looks classy at least XP
The phrase on the sash reads "Saccharum et Circuses" which roughly means "Sugar and Games". It's a play on the classical Latin phrase "Bread and Games".
