Yes Thunder and Cobra had problems with each other in the past till now. There are lots of reasons why they do, but they argue and tease each other for no reason at all~ ;v; They don't really bond but they act like enemies/Brothers

Cobra smirks teasingly at Thunder, When he notices how Thunder started to look more irritated then ever. "What's the matter, Lighting? Got some static in your fists?" Cobra said while chuckling deeply. Thunder slowly glares at Cobra, growling with temper and biting his cigarette. " I'll cut that tongue of yours if you don't keep your mouth shut, you pathetic snake." Thunder said angrily. Cobra chuckles darkly and finds it amusing to mess with his rival.
