How I draw... step II
I realized that this picture was mabe not the best choice to show you how I draw... ^^; Because I designed a new armor for our rpg Himmelsstuermer in in this concept and... well... yeah.
But anyhow!
Next step!
This is Tar. Now he has a face, at least a rough sketch of a face... haha! And he has hair and a fancy armor. He's a mmashine, isn't he?
Well I erased the hard pencil lines a bit and then placed the armor on his body.
I worked on the sword in detail and it worked out better than I thought so the sword is almost finished now.
In this stage of the drawing I like them the least because here you see the few construction sites that bother me and are hard for me to work out.
I have problems to draw his hair because he has short and curly hair and I can't draw curly hair for good. ^^; But I will work it out in when I proceed.
The other thing that bothers me are his plate gloves. I can't get the detailed and complex design work in the angle of the left arm and I don't like it anyway. Nah! We'll see what I'll work out!
I like the armor design in general! The Dikan is the most heavy armored class in our game.
Stay tuned! Next step will be details and shading.
I want to say that, even if that's not anthro-related art, this piece resembles my capability of creating armor and the like quite well. So I can also do a thing like that for an anthro-character in case you are looking for something like that.
But anyhow!

In this case I ever want (gives me grief) "cover" the muscles with clothing and accessories (for example in this case, hide the legs). But it must be done.
The armor is interesting and even his gaze toward the front his head bowed I also like. The pencil starts polishing line. Very good design of the character. It seems strange his left arm on the sword.
