This is my Pokesona, Niji. He's a normal Raichu who feel in love with berries. He began experimenting and planting different kinda of berries based on the original Pinkan Berry (as seen in the anime).
As a result, he's made one of each colour, and if Pokemon eat enough of those berries, they will turn that colour just like the Pinkan berries. He, as you can tell, eats Pinkan berries with almost everything.
He's also a baker and uses the Iro Berries as he calls them, to make all kinds of breads, pastries and deserts. If you eat something with a mix of all the berries at once, a portion of your body (usually the eyes) will cycle though a rainbow of colours as a special effect, but for the most part colouring will remain the same.
Undecided, but I -might- make a sideblog on Tumblr for him.

Semi-permanent. They depend on his diet. I took the Pinkan berry concept from the Anime, and expanded on it. He's grown berries of all shades of the rainbow, and if the same shades of berries are eaten regulalry, the colour will stick. If not, eventually it will fade, but there will always be a slight tint to the fur/scales/skin/whatever.
