The wording "it's him" was supposed to imply that someone asked them something along the lines of "which one of you is stinky" and both of them not wanting to own up blames the other when it actually both of them, so they're technically not lying. Therefore neither has done anything to warrant grounding ...unless you count making a stinky as a groundable offense.

Oh, you see, when I see two pups blaming each other for something, I tend to assume they horribly broke something. :p

Prisoner's Dilemma: something's been stolen, two prisoners are suspected. Taken into separate cells, and each are told that if they say nothing, they'll get six months added to their sentence, if they turn the other in the other person will get two years added to their sentence while the teller won't get anything added to theirs, and if they both tell on each other out they'll each get a year added to their sentence. And they're not allowed to communicate, and must presume that the other prisoner was told the same thing. The logical thing to do is for both to remain quiet, but of course people aren't logical, so… well, it leads to TWO pups getting diaper checked in an embarrassing manner, rather than just a light butt pat. :p
