If I may critique --
The feet seem a little shapeless. They connect too abruptly with the ankles too. Fat would (likely) cover a part of the foot from the ankle as she weighs a lot. I would use reference of a dog/wolf/canine of a sort standing forward and add some weight to the toes.
Otherwise looks very awesome!
