This picture of Ike is actually and older version of his female form, before his female form became to be known as Valkyrie Ike. In short it is basically Vanguard Ike if he was a female, unlike Valkyrie Ike that has angel like wings and far greater power and abilities. Female Ike was just a girl version of Vanguard Ike with all his abilities, nothing new attached.
