It'd be weird if you did. Jubei isn't a playable character in any of the games. At least not yet.

I had recentky know from you that Jubei not a play able character!?. I had think he is a playable character but he may a secret character. Thanks for an info. I didn't own of this game I had play with friend just only 2-3 times.

Yeah... They really should make him a playable character, at least in the next game. I mean, the rest of the Six Heroes (Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, Platinum the Trinity, Hakumen and Hazama AKA Yuuki Terumi) are playable characters in the games.
