And grew up around all the standard assortment of U.S. kids- never quite felt natural using hip terminology so I checked out other cultures' ways while watching TV. So even as a U.S. guy, I decided I liked English words more, and imported words and ideas from other cultures as well. I think more U.S. people should recognize that all pretty much all modern Americans come from somewhere else originally, and try other cultures, you know?
