Also, this is neither canon to Megaman nor is it part of a conceptual project for an incoming game of the series. It is merely something for fun that I thought of and wanted to share with you all. I hope you enjoy it!

Accelerator
Boss: Cheetah Woman
Mechanic: You are moving so quickly, that time has literally stopped for you. While time is stopped, you can switch to other weapons and attack frozen enemies. Weapons that are used this way deal double damage. You can still take damage while this is in effect.
Utility: Can be used to escape deadly obstacles and take shortcuts not normally available.
Range: hits the entire screen
Fire rate: Once per ten seconds.
Animation Duration: 10 seconds or until you take damage, fall into a trap or some other way that you die.
Freeze Duration: 10 Seconds.
Energy Output: Special; Instead of using energy, it uses health. 7 Health units per use. Using it enough times will kill you.
Total uses: Very few, though with energy tanks, its usage can be increased.
