Profile: A robot built by Dr. Light, this cousin of Gutsman and Concrete Man was built to embark on rescue missions in the forests. The flares that Flare Man shoots are as intensely bright as the sun and can be a volatile fire hazard. Reprogrammed by Wolf Man, Flare Man has turned his attention back on humanity, determined to burn down every last human city.
